Why exhibit

The pavilion is built for meetings that settle a question, not for handing out brochures

You face a buyer who decides

Floor space is arranged around meeting tables rather than display booths. Every exhibit position comes with pre-booked meeting time.

The framework is on the platform

The non-Saudi property ownership law has been in force since 22 January 2026. Pavilion visitors read the zone, the ownership percentage and the usufruct term on the map in front of them.

Three languages, no intermediary

Every printed and digital item exists in Arabic, Chinese and English, and the RUSAI assistant answers with citations from the authority's official guide.

Follow-up outlives the hall

Each interest is stored with a tracking reference and encrypted contact details, and the journey continues on the platform rather than in a business card.

Who visits

Five profiles the pavilion is designed around

  • Individual buyer

Looking for a home or a seasonal residence inside the Kingdom.

  • Property investor

Comparing giga destinations by ownership percentage, usufruct term and permitted uses.

  • Developer and asset manager

Seeking a local partner or a site inside an approved zone.

  • Chinese brokerage agent

Carrying Saudi supply back to a client base in the Chinese market.

  • Residency advisory office

Connecting property to the Premium Residency track and its official requirements.

These profiles describe the intended audience. No attendance figures have been measured before a first edition, and we will not publish percentages we have not measured.

The Saudi pavilion

Four stations inside the pavilion

A proposed layout. Final floor area and arrangement are agreed with the venue operator once the site is confirmed.

FAQ

What people ask before registering

Are the date and venue confirmed?

No. “4–6 December 2026”, “Beijing” and “Beijing International Exhibition Centre” are placeholder planning data on this page. Once documented confirmation exists, the date and venue will be served from the event record itself and the page switches to full registration.

Why “register your interest” instead of “book your seat”?

It means your request is stored and a tracking reference is issued to you, and that attendance or a meeting is not confirmed until the team reviews it and the date is approved. We do not sell tickets or reserve seats before the edition is confirmed.

May a non-Saudi own property?

The non-Saudi property ownership law has been in force since 22 January 2026, and ownership is permitted only inside approved geographic zones and according to each zone's rule. RUSAI shows the rule and its source and does not issue an eligibility ruling for anyone; that decision rests with the official authority.

What is the difference between visitor, exhibitor and private meeting?

A visitor attends the pavilion and the sessions. An exhibitor requests an exhibit position or sponsorship inside the pavilion. A private meeting is a request for a closed session in one of the rooms on a pre-booked schedule.

Which language is the pavilion run in?

Arabic, Chinese and English. Every printed and digital item is produced in three languages, and the RUSAI assistant answers in all three.

What does exhibiting cost?

It has not been set, and we will not publish a figure before the venue and floor area are fixed. Register as an exhibitor and the detail reaches you once it is approved.

Do you sell property at the exhibition?

No. RUSAI is an exploration and guidance platform, not a brokerage or a government body. Sale and registration happen through official channels and licensed parties.

How do I cancel my registration or delete my data?

Contact us through the contact page with the tracking reference issued to you, and we handle the request against that record. Contact details are stored encrypted.

Registration

Choose your request type, then complete the form

One contact channel is enough. A tracking reference reaches you the moment it is saved, and the request stays under review until the date is approved.

  • Exhibitor

An exhibit position or a sponsorship package inside the pavilion, with a meeting schedule.
